An implementation may be a simple as delivering a full sales training programme or it could be extended to include, for example, some follow-up sales coaching or possibly a period of interim sales management.
Typical scenarios that we would be called in to assist with would include re-writing and training an improved sales process to meet changing product or market requirements for example. As part of a change strategy, we might also provide services to profile team members based on behaviour or personality. This ensures that teams are able to play to their strengths and deploys ’round pegs in round holes’. Using tools such as Social Styles and Versatility, Belbin Team Profiles and Myers-Briggs help us to achieve this.

As we are based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire we are easily able to service major centres such as Reading, Basingstoke, Oxford, High Wycombe, Aylesbury, Slough and Guildford. We tend to focus on providing our sales management consultancy services in the south east of England. This is particularly concentrated in the counties of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey and Sussex.
