We are proud of our partnership with Ontrac Training, one of the UK’s leading sales training and development organisations and provider of sales training courses throughout the country.  Established in 1994, Ontrac Training has improved the sales performance of hundreds of small to medium-sized businesses as well as plenty of blue chip organisations.

Sales training courses are run as ‘open courses’ (open to people from a variety of companies) or can be run in-house if that is more suitable or cost effective for the client. In some circumstances, we can also offer follow-up coaching and mentoring sessions to assist in the consolidation of the learning, whilst the delegate is in their normal working environment.

Our sales training courses are highly practical and will incorporate exercises, discussions and role-play, all of which help to ensure that any newly acquired skills can be embedded into normal working practice once the delegates return to work.  On the in-house courses, we will ensure that role-plays and exercises are specific to your business so that the delegates gets maximum practical benefit from the training and are motivated by the experience.  We achieve this by working with clients to produce a training solution which exactly matches their needs.

We run sales training courses covering every aspect of the sales organisation from introductory courses for telesales or field sales staff through to development workshops for senior sales leaders. Our training associates all have their own areas of expertise so all training is facilitated by specialists in that particular field. They have many years of experience between them, much of it gained in blue-chip companies.
