Sales Training Courses

We run training courses covering every aspect of the sales organisation from introductory courses for telesales or field sales staff through to development workshops for senior sales leaders. Our training associates all have their own areas of expertise so all training is facilitated by specialists in that particular field and have many years of experience between them, much of it gained in blue-chip companies.

Interim Sales Management

If you need to fill a gap in your sales management organisation due to a leaver or long-term absence, we can help. Short-term or part time placements can be provided and their role may also include the profiling, interviewing and recruitment of a permanent sales manager.

Coaching and Mentoring

Occasionally, an employee may need some on-going support in their role even after attending a training course. Coaching and mentoring, either short term, long term or occasional, can help to embed best practice and reinforce any learning gained from a training course. This type of support may particularly benefit a newly promoted sales manager and could be provided by us either face to face or remotely.

Behavioural and Social Styles Profiling

Social Style is the world’s leading Behavioural Style model. It has been used by thousands of organisations to improve leadership performance and sales results. Our highly popular multi-rater programme allows individuals in your business to be profiled based on observable ‘say and do’ behaviours, and we follow this up with a detailed debrief including a discussion of potential ‘growth’ areas for each individual.

We pride ourselves on offering an end-to-end solution wherever possible, starting with a diagnosis of the current situation.This is followed by an analysis of potential options and finally the implementation.  An implementation may be a simple as delivering a full sales training programme or it could be extended to include, for example, some follow-up sales coaching or possibly a period of interim sales management.

Typical scenarios that we would be called in to assist with would include re-writing and training an improved sales process to meet changing product or market requirements for example.  As part of a change strategy, we might also provide services to profile team members based on behaviour or personality.  This ensures that teams are able to play to their strengths and deploys ’round pegs in round holes’. Using tools such as Social Styles and Versatility, Belbin Team Profiles and Myers-Briggs  help us to achieve this.

Our open sales training courses are run throughout the UK and overseas.  As we are based in Marlow, Buckinghamshire we are easily able to service major centres such as Reading, Basingstoke, Oxford, High Wycombe, Aylesbury, Slough and Guildford. We tend to focus on providing our sales management consultancy services in the south east of England.  This is particularly concentrated in the counties of Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey and Sussex.
