Mystery Shopper is a product of our new partnership with insights360 and enhances our suite of Customer Journey mapping tools

We are delighted to announce our new partnership with insights360 who offer ‘Mystery Shopper’ and other tools and activities designed to provide businesses with greater insight into their customers.  In addition to Mystery Shopping, their tools include Customer Satisfaction Surveys, Exit Polls and Consumer Studies, all backed up with evidence-based reporting.  This will greatly complement our own Customer Journey services which we typically provide to sales, marketing and customer service organisations.

Sales Tec will be working with insights360 to provide training services required as a result of their activities. Training topics might include skills-based training for sales and customer service staff as well as soft-skills training such as team building and behavioural profiling.
